Of the hundreds of thousands of restaurants that exist worldwide, fewer than 4,000 have earned a Michelin star. That was because the rice contained much air. This Michelin star restaurant has earned other accolades, including Forbes Five Star Award, TripExperts Experts Choice Award, and was voted a top 100 North American Restaurant by Opinionated About Dining. But the decision, which was announced in Tokyo on Tuesday, has nothing to do with the quality of the restaurants tuna belly or the consistency of its vinegared rice. The master chef is Gen Mizoguchi who offers exciting sushi meals that are mainly focused on nigari and sashimi.
